The establishment and conduct of all institutions, organizations and societies within the Congregation, such as the Sunday School or a parochial school, youth societies, ladies’ or men’s organizations, choir, and the like shall at all times be subject to the approval and supervision of the Congregation. The Congregation, however, shall be bound in all its actions to the authority of the Word of God, and any decision which is contrary to the Word of God shall be null and void.
